We are proud of our installations. We are the only European company with all its installations situated on the same business complex that makes up our Integral Meat Center, which allows us to have a Complete Control of the Production Process, and obtaining in this way, an excellent quality.

FEEDING FARM:

• With a capacity for 55,000 animals.
• 30.000 sq. m of installations.
• With a weekly rotation of around 11,000 animals.

INDUSTRIAL SLAUGHTERHOUSE:

• With a weekly output of 11,000 carcases.
• Installations with 20,000 sq. m in constructions.

FACTORY OF FEEDSTUFFS:

Completely automated, it distributes the feedstuff to the different pens on the farm. With 18 silos for storage of raw materials, each one with a capacity of 250 tonnes and 12 silos of prepared feedstuff, each one with a capacity of 60 tonnes.

CENTER FOR CLEANING AND DESINFECTION OF TRUCKS:

The Agricultural department of the County Council of Aragon has authorized this Centre. At this centre, the trucks used for the transportation of live animals and the refrigerator trucks are all cleaned and disinfected and a certification issued certifies the disinfections of each vehicle.

LABORATORY:

Integrated in our Quality Department, it permits us to make test at all the phases of the production process and guarantee the quality of our products.

ANTISTRESS WALKING AISLES:

The animals avoid transportation stress as they walk from the farm to the slaughterhouse, along this aisle accompanied by a shepherd, avoiding loss of freshness and quality of the meat.
