What is Los Gonzalez's activity?

The breed and marketing of sheep, goats, cattle and sucking pig. For this, we have a factory of feedstuffs, laboratory, sheep, cattle and pig farms, slaughterhouse with three slaughtering lines, one for each type of animal, quartering and packaging rooms, cold storage warehouses in most important cities in Spain and our own fleet of delivery trucks.

What type of products do you offer?

All types of sheep, goats, cattle and sucking pig products, both fresh and frozen. Always adapting ourselves to the requirements of our different customers.

What is “the anti-stress walking aisle”?

One kilometre walking aisle along which the lambs and a shepherd pass, from the farm to the slaughterhouse and in this way, the animals avoid the stress that they would suffer during the transportation in trucks, thus guaranteeing the freshness of the meat.

What do you mean by integrated Control of the process?

That we own the installations required to carry out the production process on the actual business complex, allowing us to control all the variables that could affect obtaining quality meat. With this, we control all the processes, from the feeding of the animals to the distribution to our customers.

What are the origins of your lambs and calves?

The lambs are native breeds from all over the country, Aragón, Castile La Mancha and Extremadura.
The calves are from the Aragon and Catalonian Pyrenees's and southern France.

Do you sell vacuum-packed products?

Yes, if they are a customer requirement. Both quartering in case of lambs and whole carcases in the case of sucking pigs.
