Since the middle of 2003, Grupo Cárnico Los González has a new product, the certified lamb. This product is certified by an independent company that undertakes periodic controls on our products. These controls are done during the breeding; production and marketing stages and they guarantee the TRACEABILITY of the product and animal fat-free foodstuffs.

The stamp that certifies the lamb meat of the Grupo Cárnico Los González guarantees that the selection of the lambs has been based on the characteristics of taste, tenderness and succulence of the meat. In addition it guarantees that the product has been produced beyond the compliance of the current legislation in our country, which refers mainly to the animal well being; with the feeding based on cereals and forage and the conditions during the production and commercialisation process.

This means an excellent quality is guaranteed.
